Believe me, I must have tried every prescription and over the counter psoriasis cream on the market. I was fed up with the itching and scaly skin and just wanted relief I could count on. That’s when I decided to do some research on my own.

 Showering ,swimming, soaking in a tub and applying wet compresses all can rehydrate dry skin and remove thick psoriasis scales without damaging the skin. Regular soaking also helps reduce itching and redness of lesions. You must make sure you moisturize to keep the skin from drying out after soaking within three minutes and pat dry with a clean towel don’t rub the effected area. The gel from the aloe Vera plant has long been know for its skin soothing properties and for helping the skin heal. Put apple cider vinegar in your bath or pat in on the effected area. tar containing shampoos ,creams, and bath additives can help looses psoriasis scales. To remove the scales you might want to try salicylic acid witch are sold without a prescription.
