Sharp, who has served as the company’s Director of Finance since March 2015, was chosen to fill the open CFO position after an extensive review of internal and external candidates. Sharp will oversee continued building and shaping of the company’s long-term financial model, accounting systems, and internal controls as well as oversee the administrative, financial and risk management operations.

Sharp has over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, working for KPMG, Harlan Laboratories and as the Director of Finance for Bluelock. Sharp attended Indiana University where he earned his undergraduate and M.B.A. degrees.
