In response to Defense Mobile Foundation’s contribution, Ken Falke, Chairman and Founder of Boulder Crest Retreat stated, “I am honored by the support from the Defense Mobile Foundation. The Team at Defense Mobile is very generous and it is donations like this that allow us to execute our mission and support our military families in need.”

Boulder Crest is a rural sanctuary where military warriors, with combat stress related injuries, are invited to bring their families to enjoy non-clinical, recreational, therapeutic activities aimed at facilitating their physical, mental, financial, and spiritual recovery.

The Defense Mobile Foundation’s mission is to be the philanthropic arm that supports Defense Mobile’s mission of connecting and improving the lives of veterans, members serving in the U.S military and their families. The Foundation focuses on identifying those individuals or groups in need within the military community. Funded entirely by Defense Mobile Corporation through its commitment to give 10% of net profits to veteran and military causes, the Foundation’s goal is to become the largest philanthropic giver to military causes in the U.S over the next five years. Defense Mobile Corporation provides nationwide 4G mobile phone services through its branch specific brands: ARMYmobile, NAVYmobile, AIRFORCEmobile, MARINESmobile and COASTGUARDmobile.

“We recently had the opportunity to visit the Boulder Crest Retreat and were inspired by the special military families in attendance. We are pleased by the beautiful environment and top-notch programs that ease the burden placed on wounded warriors and their families,” stated Ty McCoy, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Defense Mobile Foundation and former Acting Secretary of the United States Air Force. “The Retreat’s focus on helping warriors recover from both the physical and psychological wounds of war lines up with the Foundation’s mission to enhance the lives of Veterans in need. As the Defense Mobile Foundation continues to grow, so will our partnership with the Boulder Crest Retreat’s Leadership and its many programs. ”
