NAPW honors Elizabeth Lenzy, Executive Director at The Lenzy Family Institute, as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Lenzy is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in Nonprofit Business. Elizabeth Lenzy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor whose skills and areas of expertise include clinical operations, business operations and counseling. She is also the Executive Director of The Lenzy Family Institute, a family-run, nonprofit and federally run organization that provides integrated physical and behavioral health services to individuals and families.

The Lenzy Family Institute is also a certified treatment provider of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services, and a contract provider of the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Stark County, Ohio. Ms. Lenzy heads the institute’s comprehensive array of substance abuse prevention, treatment and recovery support services that include in-patient and outpatient treatment, diagnostic assessment, individual, group, family counseling, drug screening and pharmacological management.

“Other institute programs include our Heads Up School-Based Program, Gabriel Project, Driver Intervention Program, Specialized Veterans Services, care coordination services for the elderly through our Health Homes Program, Ambulatory Detoxification and a Residential Treatment Program,” says Ms. Lenzy.
