Child author Maxumilian Gregory McCordBrock enters the world of children’s literature with his first published title, “THE FINDER” (published by Xlibris). This captivating tale tells the story of a little boy called Maxum and his extraordinary encounter with a magical creature, ‘The Finder.’

One day, young Maxum lost his Batman ring in the car. No matter where he looked, he could not seem to find it. When he told his friends Maya and Jake at Thorne Elementary, they suggested that he summon the help of ‘The Finder,’ a magical being who helps little children find lost things. But doubt overcame little Maxum. Is The Finder real? If so, will it really help him find his precious Batman ring?

Brimming with excitement, the narrative follows little Maxum as he discovers many surprises along the way. The pages are filled with colorful illustrations to aid the imagination, along with a compelling dialogue that keeps the young readers engrossed.

“THE FINDER” was inspired by true event that the young author experienced when he was just in the second grade. Now in the fourth grade, he hopes that the story could help inspire little children all over the world to dream and to never stop believing in possibilities.

“Anyone can do anything” says McCordBrock, “with a little bit of help from friends and a little touch of magic.”
