Work Partners is pleased to announce the addition of a new Physical Assistant to the team, Daniel R. Meyer, PA-C. Meyer is from Grand Junction and will contribute over eight years of experience to the group, including a skilled background in the following: diagnostic testing, internal medicine, dermatology, ENT, worker’s compensation treatment plans, minor surgeries, wound management, orthopedic injuries and preventative health care.    

Meyer graduated from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center in 2005 where he achieved a Master of Science Degree. He received the highest ratings and bonuses for outstanding competence and knowledge in his previous medical positions and has well-rounded life experiences. Meyer has been an Eagle Scout, armed services veteran and a medical professional for the state of Colorado.

“As the demand for PAs has increased over the last five years, we feel very fortunate to have Daniel as part of our occupational health care team,” stated Mason Klebold, GM. “It is important we are able to offer our patients a well-rounded team of professionals to help them recover quickly from injuries at work.”

Daniel Meyer has lived in Grand Junction for the last nine years with his wife, Missy, who is a Registered Nurse Shift Supervisor for the children’s units at St. Mary’s Hospital. They have two daughters, ages eight and five, and are adopting two foster boys, ages five and three. Dan coaches youth soccer and T-ball, and enjoys endurance events marathons, biking, and Tough Mudder obstacle races. Also, Dan’s family likes taking advantage of the Colorado outdoors including activities such as camping and boating.
