Bonita Springs, FL (PRWEB) May 06, 2015

Florida-based startup Boomeon, an online community and social network for Baby Boomers, is announcing the launch of its directory of retirement communities as an added feature on Boomeon.com

The directory features several different types of retirement and vacation communities, including 55+ communities, active adult communities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), and more.

Users can filter communities by geographic location as well as by type, drill down to see pertinent details on any community. They can also request information from any communities in which they are interested.

Boomeon founder and CEO William Murphy sees the retirement community directory as a natural extension of the Boomeon online community.

“Since our launch we have been the premier online location for Baby Boomers to come together, as well as a provider of quality content for Boomers. The directory of retirement communities continues our tradition of quality content while at the same time connecting Boomeon and its Boomer users to physical communities,” said Murphy.

The retirement community directory may be found on Boomeon at http://www.boomeon.com/communities and, as is true with all Boomeon content and services, is a free service for its members and for all Baby Boomers.

Communities who are not listed in the directory may email their community information to info(at)boomeon(dot)com for listing.
