ok to help folk out of this nightmare of which diet is best,let me help you
from my experience.my friend was vegan…he felt ok but sometimes not
feeling great was also a little bit fat!(His diet was supervised by a
friend from the vegan society) he had a CT angiography its showed mild
blockages ..then he went to the Amazon…seriously yes the Amazon.He had
to eat meat,fish,rats,fruit,monkey meat honey and plants but not any
grains.He went for blood tests when he came back also a CT
angiography(because he had chest pain before he went.)result:lower
cholesterol,lower body fat, no blockages!after 12 months. Its
grains,sugar,bad carbs.
I love this truthful human being. Pay close attention to what she has to
say, you will benefit.
Diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in March. Very ill. Doctor said take these
drugs for the rest of your life. I said no. Through SCD/GAPS diet alone, I

Totally agree with what she is saying. Even though I have been vegan for
some time that is because of the horrific cruelty of the factory farming
towards animals and the chemicals and crap they are fed.

I like her…but I and many other doctors will disagree on the starch part
somewhat….it is true some grains are not so good for us mainly the modern
type of wheat but other starches like potatoes, corn and rice (NONE GMO of
course) are good…and Mother nature did not design cows milk for human
consumption, it is clearly designed for ONLY baby cows and nobody else.

More than enough reasons to ban Monsanto, bio-seeds. Who knows what the
foods produced are missing that we actually need to prevent diseases, to be
healthy.
Man’s replacement is unnecessary and inferior.
Nature knows best. Nature’s wisdom is best.
The more I listen to this the more this makes sense! I only wish there

Thank you doctor. As a Muslim i was taught that “stomach is the home of
diseases” and now i see why.
It is hard to understand how she can be so smart about how a body works,
but she is so far off base what to eat i.e. Anti-Vegan. Drink Milk, Eat
Meat and Fish, no grains and no starches. WOW! Perhaps she will wake up
later in life. Factory farms and modern agriculture is killing people
along with the big-pharma industry. Where does she think we will get
completely natural raw milk, eggs and meats? She must get paid by the NWO.
